How to start
Call (07) 5443 1500 or email admin@cottontreepharmacy.com.au. We will call you back within one business day — a short hello, not a long form over the phone — then send a link so you, a carer, or our staff can fill in the details. If the form is fiddly, we will walk through it with you.
We need a current medication list and valid prescriptions from your GP. Keep one week of medicines at home and bring remaining boxes into the shop so we can start the cycle.
